Dishonest & rude service. Attendant tried to prevent us from parking even though we had a reservation and already paid the oversized fee in advance ($50 total) via Spothero app. He spoke over us and would not listen. On checkout he refused to accept/scan the QR code claiming the machine didn't work, which is nonsense since the reservation # can be manual typed into their system...he charged us an additional $63. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DISHONEST BUSINESS. Do Not Use this garage.
Convenient parking to Italian Consulate and Americas Society. The downside was that they had only one employee working at reception while parking cars ang going up and down elevator. It created a waiting line . I felt sorry for the employee who was visibly overwhelmed.
The employees are courteous and very professional. Outside the room, there’s an ice station which greatly made my stay comfortable and satisfying.
