Where to start.... Shortly after installation, the flooring began peeling and lifting in multiple areas. This is extremely concerning, as new flooring should not show signs of failure so quickly. The quality of workmanship does not meet reasonable professional standards, and the materials used appear to be subpar. In addition to the poor installation quality, I have been disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from your customer service team. My attempts to resolve this matter have been met with delays, limited communication, and no clear plan to correct the issues. As a customer, I expected accountability and timely support, especially for work that is clearly defective. They are quick to reply when selling you flooring. Now that there are issues, they ghost

I reached out to 651 Carpets and was immediately connected with Tony, our sales rep. He and Steph and Heidi were all a delight to work with and were super responsive. The install team was a 12/10. Caesar and Carlos were in and out of our home in a day. Their crew was so kind they even brought one of my Amazon packages in for me. They installed LVT flooring as well as our carpet and it changed the look and feel of our whole house. The cost of the carpet was about a thousand dollars less than some of their competitors and the biggest win was that they move five pieces of furniture per room vs. some quotes we got that would charge $100 per bed. Overall very impressed and pleased with the carpet and flooring we had installed.

We had an awesome experience with 651 Carpets. We got new carpet in bedrooms and living room. They had the best price out of 3 other vendors we looked at. The entire process was easy and no pressure. Tony was great work with and gave us some good samples to go through. Mr. Bryan installed everything hassle free as well!

Wonderful experience with 651 Carpets, from initial inquiry to final install. Helpful, informative customer service staff who listened to my needs, and were flexible with my timing. Rodrigo, our installation expert, was friendly, professional, thorough, and very hardworking. He was careful of our recently painted walls, and knowledgeable about the fragility of fresh paint. He cleaned up after himself every step of the process, and was a joy to work with. He did a beautiful job on our project. Thank you for a job well done!

I scheduled a consultation with 651 Carpets for flooring and carpet. Initially, I thought the sales rep did a great job explaining things. That same day, I had simple follow-up questions—like matching the flooring I saw—but the next day, after receiving another quote, I learned more about patterned carpet: patterns require seams and waste, and layout (vertical or horizontal) affects cost. I hadn’t been told this by 651. I followed up with them to confirm. The sales rep did not respond the next day. I had to call customer service to prompt him. When he did respond, he admitted patterns cause waste but said 651 “eats” that cost, charging the same. However, I pointed out that their pattern square footage matched another installer’s pattern quote, while non-pattern square footage from others w
