Lived here for 18 months. - the building is great value and has an amazing team. Everyone at the concierge is amazing. Ayisha at management is fantastic to work with as well. Joey and the handyman team helped fix every issue we had within 24 hrs when we made service requests. - packages are very well kept and tracked. - the view is amazing. - the neighborhood is beautiful and full of cute shops. - commute is super easy with 2345 downstairs in the same block, and RQB just 4 mins walk away. - Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods both within 5mins walk. I would recommend 66 Rockwell to my friends and family wholeheartedly!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They told us if we gave them $20 above the $60 it cost to park they would get our car quicker when we picked it up. We declined. When we went to pick up our car, they helped us dead last. And when I say dead last, they helped every person who came in behind us first and helped us when no one was left. So moral of the story—either pay the extra $20 or find another garage.

So close to Barclays and the staff we're very nice, especially when I stupidly had to return to my car five minutes after leaving it. I text them the time I was leaving and they had the car ready to go, saving me a long line.

Scam- stay away. Paid for parking via the park whiz app and was “guaranteed “ a spot. Got there and was told they were all sold out. I offered the attendant $20 cash and a spot magically opened. Felt like they were just waiting for customers to do that. Such a shame. Horrible ethics. Pls avoid this lot.
