660 Washington Street Garage

I reserved parking from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM for $20. Because of misleading info from the attendant, we ended up staying another 3 hours and got charged another $20 — $40 total — even though the posted 24-hour max rate is $36 in their office. Around 4 PM, we asked the garage office about extending our parking. The attendant told us it was fine and we could “pay the difference later.” So we stayed nearby for dinner. If he had just told us we’d be charged an extra $20, we would’ve gladly paid for the half-hour overtime and left. Simple. Clear. It is much cheaper to reserve your space in advance. You get a barcode that you need to scan. I had a little difficulty scanning the barcode when exiting. It was probably my fault because I was trying to scan where the barcode picture was and not where the scanner was. Next time it will be easier. Convenient location for any activities in the downtown Boston area.

Customer service was helpful and the garage itself was very clean. I would say that it was difficult to find a decent spot to park my palisade. That said I couldn’t imagine parking a bigger vehicle in this garage. The lots are quite compact! Pricing was reasonable. I would likely use this parking garage again.

Rent a spot on parkwhiz, 15 for the whole day or night. Great deal. The spots are tight, but we fit a Chevy Colorado pickup in a corner spot:)

Horrible parking. Not wide enough for two cars to pass thru lanes .you get stuck waiting ten minutes while one pulls out and someone parks. No valet. Don't bother
