This was the worst garage experience I've had in NYC. First I booked an all-day reservation in advance and when I arrived the attendant said no, only 2 hours. He said I should ask for a refund. After a few minutes, he said ok to stay until 8 pm. Then he ended up giving me a ticket with the wrong make and plate number which I only noticed when I returned. When I went to retrieve my car it took 40 minutes and there were about a dozen people waiting in the frigid cold. On top of this, it was stressful for me as I was escorting a friend to MSK for surgery. I would NEVER use this garage again. Avoid at all costs.
Nobody spoke any English. I paid with a credit card today as I went to the Sloan EMEREGENCY ROOM Card is gone..I will post with Sloan how unhelpful your organization is
Do not park here , they are inconsiderate the employees are liers , they scratch your car and over charge do not park here
Rude don’t park here
You have to hand over the key to the owner of the park.
