6th Avenue Garage

My goodness 8 her to wait so from 2nd avenue to 7th avenue to Superior Court!!! And then the officer that was doing the searches on she was rude! My back was in fire my legs were shaky and I legit felt like I was gonna pass out from the darn pain from my back from walking way way too much! I had to sit on rocks or benches on the side on the way to the court! It took me almost an hour just to get from point A to point B! From sitting and catching my breath letting my back rest and then start up again walking! So when I got to the court the officer was searching me and I was trying to stay still but she kept moving me around and she told me turn around so I did then she said "STOP MOVING!! STAY STILL!!" I said excuse me lady but my back is frickin killing me!!! I am about pass out!! My legs

Parking prices are reasonable less then 6 hours is $1 over that is $10. For long stays ask for parking validation. Some are for $1 parking others are free parking. The biggest problem is the small space size. It could use a reconfiguration to handle larger vehicles. After 9 or so the exit goes to one lane so there is a bit of delays. Around midnight the attendants are gone so you’re parking trip is free. Definitely not the best parking garage I have been to but the price is reasonable and with validation unbeatable. Have been visiting a patient for 14 days now.

Wrong site to park at - I walked for 2.5 hours and had an appointment in St. Joseph's hospital but forgot where I parked at and got lost! So much exhaustion and nearly passed out but the hospital transport van refused to pick me up and I kept trying to flag him (driver) down and knew he saw me because at one time - he waved back! Really? Couldn't you even tell that I was in severe distress??? You should be fired for not having any empathy for others especially an elderly person all while you enjoyed your air conditioner. No way would I ever hire a man like you with no kindness in your stone hard heart!

Free for patient visitors. Must get validation from nurses desk or free family monthly pass at security desk. Very convenient to park when visiting for a long-term at Select Specialty Hospital in St Joseph's.

Very easy to find the 6th Avenue Garage off the I-10. Racing to St. Joe's Hospital for a special friend that was transported by ambulance. I was at St. Joe's 21 years ago and was unsure exactly where it was and where parking was available in the area. Thanks Google Maps!! Once again you directed me where I needed to go without a hitch. Spent 4 1/2 hours at the hospital and parking was only $1. I had to ask the parking attendant twice because I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. Made a tough morning much better!!
