There are not enough great things I can say about Richard! He is responsive, kind, and an expert who is able to provide accurate and helpful advice. We ran into complications while installing new thermostats and Richard was able to listen to our description of the problem and suggest the right $5 fix. He was quite the contrast compared to the other AC guys we talked with. Excited to work with him more as he has made a lifelong customer out of us!

Words can't describe how happy I am to have found and used 7 Days Heating and A/C. When our A/C unit blew at 3am we were worried about leaving our animal at home in close to 100° weather with no A/C. The guys at 7 Days responded quickly and were out for an assessment within two hours of my first text to them (pro-tip, texting will get a quicker response than calling with them). We were able to get our whole system replaced by 5pm the same day!! All the workers were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions easily and helped me to understand what they were doing. They took away the old system and parts and left the area clean and beautiful. I will ABSOLUTELY be contacting them again for any and all service and emergency needs.

Just had a service with Richard. Called at 2 and he came took the time to troubleshoot my unit by 6. Also told him that I had my brother put in a compasitor and he still went the extra mile. Rewired my compressor and put in 1 lb of freon, it's working and already blowing colder. Will do a better test tomorrow when its hotter. Very professional and polite. I would not hesitate to call when it's time to upgrade.

The cold nights had arrived and I needed someone to help me with my furnace immediately. I found 7 days heating and air and Richard was just great. Talked to me on the phone to help me and when it seemed like I needed him to come out, he came out hours later. He texted me to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and figure out my problem quickly. No up sale, just fair and explained everything. I highly recommend him to anyone needing their heat or air conditioner done right.

Do not hesitate to give them a call! My family was able to save some money on the side to replace our whole AC unit. Our house is old, and we've been living here for about 20 years. We've never used the AC, because it never worked. As each year comes by, the heat just gets warmer and warmer. Thankfully, Richard and his people were able to replace the whole AC unit within 2 days! The first day they came in to talk about the process and what's going on. And they continue to takeout everything. He guaranteed that we will get AC before 12pm the next day, and we did! They came in early morning to set up everything, and the AC was running smoothly. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you! My family won't be sweating in the summer anymore and shivering in the winter.
