This used to be an awesome place to park for free if you were shopping or dining in Carytown. I went here a few days ago and was disappointed to see that most of the spots have been converted into reserved parking for the animal hospital, with just a few spots that are now pay-to-park. I understand that the animal hospital probably needs a couple of reserved spots for folks that are bringing in their pets, but practically the entire upper part of the deck is now reserved for them! Parking was already pretty dicey in Carytown. Now it's a heck of a lot harder.

We just parked here on a Saturday. We were only here for about an hour and a half. We paid the $1 for parking and entered our license plate number, but when we got back to the car we found a parking ticket on our windshield. We noticed that other cars that were there prior to us also had tickets. Is this some kind of scam for the city to make more money? This is ridiculous and qualifies as legal theft. Beware of using this parking lot even if you pay.

Great place to charge a leaf,. The tow away number was ripped off, and many people violate the parking spot. Sadly CSS was never fixed so no other car type can charge here

Great place to park. People often miss the additional parking sign next to the down ramp next to the street that takes you to the upper level

Convenient garage. Close to the best stores.
