It's been almost a month that I've been living here and I'm very pleased with the community that we have in the building. All the neighbors are extremely gentle and kind. The maintenance staff are very helpful and fast. My only disappointing is with the situation of the apartment, so many issues that should've been fixed before my moving. Noisy AC, parts of the stove not working, window gets foggy according to temperature, etc

Please follow the parking instruction, MAKE SURE you let the valet to scan your parking pass BEFORE you leave your vehicle. 22nd Nov, 9:30am. I wanted to show the parking pass to a male staff on duty while waiting for my car to be collected. He informed me that I should do this later as I exit the carpark tonight, at that time he was made aware that I’ll be back at around 10:30pm. When I returned to the carpark later around 8pm. I met a male staff, he said to me “57” nothing else. I then asked for clarification, he said “57” again without any follow up sentences. Subsequently he harassed me and refused to return my car key. They falsely pre-record vehicle “damage” and my car is spotless. Then upon exit, my car bumper is smashed and they said too bad the damage was pre-recording. The document said every side of the vehicle was damaged. There’s nothing wrong w my car expect now the bumper! They cover their tracks from unsuspecting people. Crashed my car and refusing liability. Aren’t there cameras??? Scam, con artists, horrible people

Damaged my friends car and didn’t even have the decency to accept their mistake said the damage was already there. Garage attendant said the cameras were not working appears like he was trying to cover up something.

The guy at night is allways sleeping have to wait on him to open gate then tells me there’s no room but purchased my spot thru the mpg app then he tells me I’m gonna let it b known for you not to come back in there’s to many problems with me 🤷🏻‍♂️ lol what did I do I know I woke him from his beauty sleep now I’m out money can’t get a refund from the app thers no one to speak to it’s just crazy but he knew how to take my tip money last time I was there to park he needs to get fired???
