Paid the charge at the pay window, and then I had to pay the charge again at the exit in order to leave. I don't know why paid tickets would be desynced between the two, but they owe me $8. The exit pay machines also have a Discover label, but they do not accept Discover.

I was trying to find parking downtown in the city after my father was taken to the emergency room. I came across this specific location and decided it was close enough to the emergency room that I could use it and park. There was plenty of handicap parking spaces adjacent to the elevator so that I would be able to get in and out without any issues. I also noted that there was a discount for patients given at this location.

Always congested. Lines to get in and out. However if you’re a patient parking is only $8

Small spaces and antiquated check in/out system. They still use a push ticket system, when you're ready to pay you have to bring your ticket to a cashier sometimes waiting in a 15+ minute line. As I was going up the ramp to park I saw a car trying to squeeze into a spot and it's back left tire got wedged into the car on it's left this is due to the extremely small parking spots
