I had a terrible experience with this parking facility. I made a reservation through SpotHero, which clearly included my car’s brand and model, and I even paid extra for an oversized vehicle as part of the reservation. Despite this, the parking manager rudely refused to honor it, claiming my car was too large for the price I paid. When I tried to explain that everything was included in the reservation, he dismissed me and told me SpotHero doesn’t own the lot, making it clear they had no intention of honoring the agreement. To make matters worse, he was extremely unprofessional and outright “kicked me out” of the parking facility. This experience was both frustrating and stressful. I had to find another parking spot at the last minute, despite already having paid for this one. I cannot re
