730 W Lake St Parking

DO NOT PARK in any “Premium Parking” lots anywhere in the city. They are dirty scammers that will send you additional fines and bills after you’ve parked. Parked in this lot and was unable to extend my parking time because the app/website wouldn’t load properly. I ended up leaving the lot ~20 minutes after my time was up. I paid $18 for 2 hours and was expecting to be charged another $18 for late exit. Nope! Got a letter 4 weeks later for a bill of $120! Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid their lots if you can.

These people tried to send me a ticket for unpaid parking for over $105 ($25 for parking & $80 for invoice amount) saying I didn’t pay for parking. I didn’t even park in the lot. I parked in the lot across from them yet they’re trying to charge me for entering and exiting the lot I paid for. They not even based in Chicago.

Got a ticket for parking here, fine. But they sent it to me AFTER the initial due date period, so I'm forced to pay a late fee too? Dirty scammers.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I sat in my car for an extra 10 minutes to start my GPS after my paid session ended and I was just ticketed $112!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is such a scam.
