I spoke with the owner, Oz, and he and his team were super responsive, honest and did great work. We had a cable that came off the spool and his tech came out a few hours after we spoke, fixed everything and did a maintenance of the door and replaced the old rollers. They were very reasonably priced and transparent. The others I spoke with came in much more expensive and with a lot of “it depends what we find” answers. I had a later issue with the door a few months later and Oz helped me diagnose and fix it myself without calling them out. I really appreciated his help and definitely recommend 775 Overhead door for your garage door needs.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday. We called 775 Overhead Doors the next day and the owner said that he could get a tech to check it out in a couple of hours. We said that it could wait until Monday and we scheduled a 10am appointment. Marcus, the technician, called at 0830 to say that he was an hour out. He showed up on time and took care of our problem in a courteous and professional manner. He not only fixed the problem but also advised us on how to maintain our door. He seems very knowledgeable and has a friendly personality. We will recommend him and the company to our friends. Great job, Marcus. The price was quite reasonable also.

Big shoutout and thank you to 775 Overhead Doors. My garage door broke yesterday morning and I called thst afternoon around 4:30 and talked to the owner, Michael (very nice guy) and sent him some pictures. He said it was definately fixable and said he would send Marcus over first thing in morning. Marcus (also a very nice guy) arrived on time and did a fantastic job at fixing the door. It was a real mess and now it works wonderfully. I would highly recommend them. The cost was reasonable and done in a timely manner. Even though they are located out of Carson City, they do travel to Reno and surrounding areas. I give them 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Marcus for doing a wonderful job on my garage door.
