Other companies are not so transparent and have inexperienced staff, not capable of providing a reliable answer. Jose is the owner & it is evident from his demeanor. He is patient, polite & very knowledgeable. Most drivers can provide you with an invoice & nothing else. Jose, on the other hand, took the extra time to make sure he answered all my questions.
