Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. The only reason I park here is because I am a member of the gym and I get free parking. At least once a month, the machines malfunction and let me through without a ticket, but when I leave, the gates are closed. Their service moto is "the customer is always WRONG." The gym owner has come down with me to call them out on their lies when they said they could not open the gates. Every service agent has refused to listen and acted like they were doing me a favor by opening the gate. Terrible experience about once a month. They don't care because they always get business from Bass Hall and the surrounding area. I would give this place 0 stars and none of my business, but the gym is fantastic so I will come back.

Extremely rude, posted signs and website are two different times for free hours, and the staff woman who came to talk to me about it was extremely rude and being racist to someone who was entering in, for seemingly no reason? When I asked her why the price was 50$ when the sign stated it should be free, she just started yelling at me even though I was completely calm and didn't raise my voice just wanted a explanation as to why the sign posted at the front of the building is not what I was being charged, she changed the price to 25$ and started threatening me saying it was either 25$ or 50$, and said the sign was wrong and thats only for next year. Horrible experience, will not be back to this parking garage. I do not recommend coming here as clearly the staff do not follow any sort of sta

The credit card reader is confusing. It only reads the card in 1 orientation. There’s only one lane to exit. Nobody is at the attendant stand. Nobody answers if you press the call button. If you have any issues cars stack up in the line behind you and there’s no way to get out of the way making it a high pressure possibly dangerous situation.

Easy entry and exit. Free on weekends.
