DO NOT PARK HERE AFTER 7pm!!! You will not be able to retrieve your car unless a kind person who works across the street happens to show up. Customer assistance line hung up on us. $1.50/hr, stay away and just park on the street nearby for free.

The signs that indicate hours aren’t visible and hours in google maps were incorrect. Ended up with my car stuck overnight.

Horrible parking garage. No customer service at all. The person literally hang up without providing any help. Just avoid it if you can!!!

Think twice about parking here. The worst customer service experience in my life. After getting to the garage and finding every single door was locked I called customer service. First representative I called said the complex closes at 7pm and there was no possible way to access it and would have to come back at 6am to get the car. I found that impossible to believe so I called a second representative and she said to go to the pedestrian entrance and would not clarify which of the doors that was and hung up on me. The third representative said to hit the button for help and they would let us in remotely. I asked what button and she just kept repeating hit the help button. She then hung up on me. After absolutely no help from any of them I was finally able to find the access door which is u

LITERALLY A PIECE OF TOILET PAPER WOULD HAVE HELPED US MORE THAN THE POOR EXCUSE OF EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. Quite literally hung up on us when asking why the parking garage closed at 7pm when there was no signage or google search that shared that information. Avoid at all costs!!!!
