Prompt, world-class service at a great rate! The owner Eloy is friendly, professional, and definitely knows what he's doing. I spoke with a few different companies to transplant a canary island date palm before choosing to go with Tree Loyalty. I'm very happy with my decision. We had an unusual request for a tree cutting service — our drone got stuck in a tall palm tree around 5:30 PM on a weekday. Within the hour, he and his team were on-site. Eloy was friendly and professional, and his colleague (who clearly loves climbing trees) scaled the palm like a ninja. Our family had the pleasure of working with Eloy and team. I called Eloy to ask him about a small shrub/bush removal job in our front yard, in preparation for a new fence to be built on our property line. He was very quick to email me back and let him know a time that worked best for him and even offered an earlier appointment when available. Super quick and to the point. He made sure not to cut anything else other than I described in the photos I gave him, and his team was done in about 20-30 minutes.
