I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Alex and his company! His response time was phenomenal - he arrived the following morning after me calling him in a panic the evening prior about my fridge that kept tripping the breaker. I had struggled with diagnosing the issue for the past 2 months and dealing with it intermittently tripping the breaker at what appeared to be random times. Alex came in and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Sadly it was a power hungry compressor that would be too costly to repair versus getting a new fridge. Horrible! I had Tim repair my Samsung washer and he damaged it in the process. It needed the water pump fixed and when he was finished he damaged the top piece of my washer where the dryer stacks. My dryer is now unstable. He said he’d get a replacement part 10 days ago and has not ever contacted me. I’m so frustrated by the incredibly poor customer service.

Technician was courteous and professional. Cleaned up as he went. Did very nice work to figure out the problem and try to fix it economically. A couple hours I’m determined it was likely the control panel, a pretty expensive part, so opted to abort mission per my request. Explained everything really well and showed me exactly what caused the problem. I highly recommend them.

We hired A-Tech Appliance repair and they got the job done. So happy our washer and dryer were installed. We plan to run a load to run test how it’s working but so far happy with our experience!
