Only one machine to pay for parking and it was out of order. No phone number to call anyone. Would rate it minus stars if given the choice.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Brazilian wax and a Vajacial with Aspen, and I absolutely loved it! Currently stuck as there is nobody to get help from. Paid at the kiosk, asked for a receipt and received it. What I didn't receive back was the ticket with the barcode to let me out. Both calls from the kiosks were not helpful at all. The first person said that it's counted as lost ticket and I need to pay the $32. Okay, where's the person I need to do that with?

The garage is conveniently located in downtown Harrisburg. There is always space to park within the first three levels. There are elevators and stairs. The handicap parking is located directly next to the elevators on each floor. Overall, it's 👍. Three downside... I noticed that after the second floor, the stairs are dark. They probably just need a new bulb. It's dusty and musky, but what garage isn't. When you leave the garage, the doors seem loose and open fast. Just a tip, push gently. You have to cross at an of crosswalk to get downtown. Immediately, it's back to back crossing. When you get good at tuning the red lights, this becomes a breeze. Speaking of breezes, it is an open garage. It can get cool cold quickly. It also gets a little noisy when the train rumbles in.

No really big problems other than GETTING STUCK BEHIND THE GATE. I like to park on the top floors away from everyone, there is one single pay station at the bottom floor. I paid and went up to the top, got in my car and drove to the bottom. By the time I got to the gate it wanted me to pay 10 more dollars for some reason. I had to back up and wait for another car to leave then follow that car through. The call button did nothing.
