80 Car Park

Do not go here!!! Harassment and Bullying There have been several occasions that I have booked this parking lot via Spot Hero because they are the most affordable in the area for my longer days in-office (7 a.m.–7 p.m.). Usually they give me grief over the length of my stay but ultimately take the car. Today was above and beyond unprofessional. They turned me away, although I had already paid on the app, and said the parking lot was full. Meanwhile, it was 7:30 a.m.; how is the parking lot full? When I mentioned that each time I book, they come up with new reasons not to take my car, they said, "Don’t park here then." When I expressed my discontent and asked for information from the owner or manager, all three men began to yell rude comments at me. There is no scenario where this is accep

They failed to document vehicle details when I arrived and checked in (they were busy). Because of that they charged me an extra $20 when I went to leave. Wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason

Don’t park here! I used spot hero app and prepaid $23 from 8:00-2:00. Came to pick up the car at 12:30, the attendant wanted an extra $30 cash to release the car. We refused and called the police. The police reported having an ongoing problem with the garage and agreed that they are running a scam! When the police came the attendant wanted $57 to release the car. The management had to be reprimanded for this scam!

Beyond terrible, lost my doctor’s appointment due to declining my parking reservation. Very rude attitude by the two attendants.. avoid this place at all costs, wouldn’t consider for any future business. I had to pick the one star option due to the lack of no star choice

Probably one of the worst parking garages I've been to. Used it because they are affiliated with Andaz which we stayed at. The Andaz told us they are doing self service parking due to Covid which makes sense. When we went to drop off the car they gave us such an issue about self parking and said we could only valet the car, which we did not want to do. The hotel had to call them and speak to them on the phone about us being able to park ourselves. The garage gives a discounted rate based on your hotel stay. When we went to pick up the car the entire garage was flooded with brown water, leaking from the ceiling and all over the floor and they wanted to charge me for 2 full days rate even though I was only there from Saturday to Sunday but I "picked up the car past the check in time" by a fe
