800 Flatbush Parking

Parking in this garage was one of the worst experiences of my life. When I went to retrieve my car, the attendant charged me an add'l $15 SUV charge despite the fact that I had purchased a coupon on the Best Parking app AND had paid an add'l $10 at the time of booking for an SUV/oversized truck. What was advertised as a $36 parking garage turned into $50. We had gone to see a show at Kings Theatre and there were a few people in front of me on line when I arrived at the garage. Within minutes of my arrival, about 30 people came in after me, all coming after the show. There was 1 parking attendant. To say the garage was woefully unprepared is an understatement. After paying the add'l fee, he told me my key was in my parked car (I could see my car so he didn't pull it up.) I got in the c

Biggest scam ever. First he tried saying we went over the 6-hour limit, even though we checked in at 12:18 PM and were back by 4:30 PM. When we pointed that out, he switched it up and said we owed more because it was an SUV — even though the ticket clearly shows it was paid as an SUV. Still gave him a tip… May God bless you, but I hope you start making your money the honest way.

As a single woman I feel extremely safe leaving my car as a monthly here at 800. Thanks to these amazing guys here at this parking lot, there’s somebody here 24/7 so my car is always safe. Great price and great people. Thank you guys 🫶🏻

Born in this area and moved a long time ago. When I tell you this garage is the best thing to happen in this area I'm not lying. I been using them the past 3 days I will NEVER STREET PARK AGAIN. I came all all hours of the day and just pull up and got out the car everytime Done. That easy Tyler and the other guy deal with very rude disrespectful tenants and guest. I witnessed them keep their calm in situations where I would have lost it. Please give those 2 guys a raise. I got 5 star service everyday. 10/10 $30 for the entire day and your car is safe. We reserved a spot through a parking app that this lot is listed on (for $25) and when we arrived, we found cars parked all throughout the exit ramp and a small, handwritten sign that said 'No Space'. We were lucky enough to find a spot on the street (we were in the neighborhood for a concert) and went into the lot to speak to the attendant. When we mentioned having reserved a spot there, which was how we started the conversation, he immediately cut us off to say that 'that's not how things work'. I didn't hear him and asked him to repeat it and when he did, I was kind of stunned and confused. Already walking away from us, he shouted his words back angrily.
