Terrible parking garage. I’ve been parking in this Arlington area for years and unfortunately tried to park in this garage for the first time. Parked overnight and the garage was closed this morning. Tried to enter through the lobby but it was locked, call the call service through the intercom and call through the website to no luck. At noon finally got a hold of someone over the phone, and they were extremely rude, refused to offer help, and threatened to call the cops. Disgusting behavior from the people in charge of this garage. Don’t park here. This garage is a scam and is run by greedy people. Only way to get into the garage if the garage door is closed is to have a car come near the garage door to trigger the sensor to open it.

The app for this garage is way overpriced and does not allow a business to validate your parking if you park a hair over one hour. Then you have to pay the full $8.99 for two hours of parking even if you were only there for 1 hour 15 min AND the business has applied their validation code. I have to have daily appointments and now I’m forced to walk with my bad hips because I can’t afford $9 of parking every single day. I have never heard of parking not being free after it’s validated no matter how long you parked. And their customer service is rude and lies and does not help. Park anywhere else that does not use this app.

Will never ever park in this useless garage again! The incorrect times were posted and the line that was advertised in case of the garage closing (way before their closing time) was always busy and never received a ticket upon entry. I proceeded to then call the number listed on the sign and as soon as I heard a ring, it’d drop the call saying user busy! Thus I repeated this action several times, I even asked around to the parking garage neighbors and when I finally got to a representative (receptionist) they put me on hold just to tell me that there was nothing I could do besides wait until the morning when they opened. I was then transferred to a manager and what a complete troglodyte as I tried to explain the situation in various ways for him to understand- I never received a ticket nor

This place was awful to get out of. We reserved with ParkHero, and when we got back, everything was closed up and we had no way to get back to our car. I called the number on the door, and was transferred. The guy told me he couldn’t do anything to get me back in. Then I called again, and he said he was on his way, I never got a call back. The only reason we got back to our car was another car who went into the garage, and the door opened. If it’d not been for that, we wouldn’t have been able to get back into the garage to leave before our parking time was up. After hours phone number was nonsense. I also tried pushing the call button on the building where we came out of (which was locked when we came back) and they hung up on me twice. Won’t park here again.

This review is a long time coming. Never park here. It's the most deceptive parking garage I've ever used. It may be tempting because they advertise $4 dollar parking on weekends but know that they don't advertise what 'weekend hours' actually are. If you park on a Saturday and attempt to get your car at 11PM the same day, you WILL be charged the $20 overnight rate. If you park before 8AM, you WILL be charged the overnight rate. As its normal use is as a corporate garage, you have to enter and exit through the office lobby. Before a code was printed on the back of your ticket to allow entry into the lobby via an outside scanner - this no longer happens.
