81 Sod & Landscape Supply

I picked up two pallets of Zoysia from 81 Sod over a two week period - great place to get reasonably priced SOD. Perfect for the DIYer. Will be going back for all of my sod, gravel, mulch, topsoil and firewood needs!

This place is riddled with dishonest snakes! I purchased 6 pallets of sod, paid for the delivery an extra$200. I was told the sod would be delivered on A Thursday. I received a call from a guy stating that my sod would not be delivered as scheduled because they didn't cut the sod. Next thing I know I wake up the next morning to find that the sod had been delivered and left outside my driveway against the curb. No one called to discuss delivery, no one called to ask where I wanted to place the sod. Here is the icing on the cake. The driver of the tractor trailer backed into my neighbors brick mailbox and left without reporting the damage. Good thing I have cameras that caught the whole thing. Bad part is that this company is refusing to repair my neighbors mailbox so we will be taking

Bought 4 pallets of sod, one person came out to complete the job. Took all day, asked Robert if he was going to roll heavy weight over sod since there are dips and hills and it’s not level. He said wait for the rain it will flatten the sod! That’s what he told my wife. Shes been trying for weeks to get owner out to fix the issues. His latest answer was, I’m working on it. Beware of the promises that are not being kept by this company. Very disappointed!! It’s still not fixed and it’s the middle of April 2024. 1500 for sod and 800 for labor and it’s not a good place to walk barefoot on without tripping.

Robert D, was very rude. He could not answer questions. He was not professional at all and lied about hours. Go elsewhere where your money is appreciated.

Each year for the past 4 years, I have asked the man running this place for trailer drops of top soil, dirt, etc. The man tells me to leave my name and number and never completes the request. This last year, I actually pulled into his lot, stood outside my truck waiting for him to open. When he arrived, he completely overlooked me and took 3 other customers that showed up after me before I drove off. And as I was pulling away, I seen him wave me off to his assistant as if my business did not matter. I am all for supporting local businesses, but this man deserves no ones business.
