I hired him because he had decent reviews. When I told him about my fence he assured me it could be done. Time comes and he has no tools because apparently they were stolen. So I allowed him to borrow some of mine but you’d think he’d be professional and reschedule when he had proper equipment instead of showing up without the correct equipment and borrowing some of ours. He also had ME measure out the wood. Never knew customers had to work when hiring someone. During the time he had people over at my house without asking and they didn’t even leave my patio set the way it was. He also left paint on my car which I was luckily able to get off. Once he was finally done it was so bad , it looked like a first timers DIY project. I asked for some sort of refund and he said he couldn’t refund me.

I couldn’t be happier with the job 815 Remodeling did! Zack and his crew swapped out my garbage disposal and tore out the carpet in my living room and hallway, uncovering these beautiful hardwood floors I didn’t even know were there. They sanded, stained, and refinished the floors, and now they look absolutely stunning! The whole process was smooth, and Zack’s attention to detail really showed. I’d definitely recommend 815 Remodeling to anyone needing work done around the house!

Zack initially presents himself as a savvy contractor with the client’s best interests in mind. After I hired him for my bathroom remodel, I realized he is incompetent, unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable, and full of excuses. Zack lied to me about having a large network of subcontractors. The first subcontractor was fired after a week because, per Zack’s texts to me, he is a known alcoholic who drinks on the job. Why would Zack hire someone if he knew about his alcohol problems? The second subcontractor he hired was a man from another construction company that he had just met while at Lowe’s after he had fired the first one. Both subcontractors told me that Zack does not know basic construction materials and processes, which also became apparent to me as time went on. I highly do no
