I am completely outraged and upset about this whole situation not only was the service bad but they tried to scam me my final day. When I tried picking up my car today (I rented the spot for 2 months) Sebastian team informed me that I would need to pay an additional 8 days … which is against what Sebastian had told me originally. They informed me he was away which in return I would still need to pay. I am extremely upset and this place needs to be contacted by the police. I have sent this information to my lawyer and moving forward will be pressing charges. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone ! STAY AWAY and pay for parking somewhere else. Extremely DISSATISFIED I am editing this to provide photos to confirm my parking experience. Car is pictured with the time stamp SEPTEMBER 1

Why is there not a “only cash” sign on Sundays? We parked there and when we tried to used the credit card machine to pay the Colombian guy who was there pushed my husband’s hand away and kept saying the machine is not working?. Is there somebody supervising this?.

I love this garage. It's located right where you wanna be to shop for just about anything and the Manager Sebastian is a pleasure.

Excellent service, they boys are very polite and attentive.
