Finally some professionals! John and his partner were professional, knowledgeable and honest. HVAC is their spwcialty, were quick and efficient. Also put on shoe covers without me even having to ask. Would recommend.

Our AC units suddenly broke down so we had to have new ones installed. The building we live in recommended Tonnage because they have done many units here and around the neighborhood before and they meet the installation and safety requirements. They ordered the units for us and when it came time for installation, they showed up on time as promised. Even an hour earlier. They made sure to show us the new settings etc. They were so careful with not only the installation.. but they made sure they cleaned everything up along the way. they put on shoe protectors before they came into the apartment. And just did extra things to make sure nothing got scratched or dirty while they were working. Ask for John Mangino. Such a pro, thank you!!!

John is the ultimate professional! He presented different options with extensive knowledge and ultimately led me to choose a new hybrid heat pump electric water heater which has been living up to everything he said. Overall, prompt, clean, and excellent service!

I'm very pleased with Marco Gerbasi and John Mangino at Tonnage HVAC-R installing a heat pump system. They worked with me to decide which system to install. The install was completed in one day. With the heat pump system installed I no longer need the gas boiler. I installed solar panels in 2018 and generate a plus in BTU's into the grid. I highly recommend Tonnage HVAC-R.
