STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! I wish I could give 0 stars. This place- Hugo & family, are sketchy & scam artists. Went to the Yankees game for the 1st time and unfortunately parked here. They wave you in and tell you a price higher than what’s listed. Kept talking over us as we asked for change back, telling us we needed to tip him and leave our keys. Garage is sketchy once you get up there, cars w boots and no tags. Then we see a sign on our way out that says be back within an hour of event ending, we were back after 30m and the garage was closed and locked. Went next door and again they tried to take our keys, wouldn’t let us go to our car, tell us if we don’t give them the keys I guess you don’t get your car. I purchased tickets on line. When I got there, they said they weren't valid and would not let me in. Even after speaking with a manager. I was lucky enough to call my credit card company and get a refund.

THE WORST!!!! Pre purchased my parking space via spot hero. Arrived to a man screaming at me to leave. Said he had no room. I was trying to explain I had no where else to park. he told me he didn't care and to LEAVE as they were going to call a tow truck and have my car removed. How if you prepay for a space. Are there early to park as per instructions and then denied! Was a total nightmare. Find somewhere else to park. By the way I saw how they were moving cars I know for a fact I will never park here - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- RUDE PEOPLE

SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS U END UP ROBBED I got the worst experience as my first time going to Yankee Stadium for Bad Bunny concert The way they recommended this place as a garage after I bought my ticket, I think they know when big events are happening and pay to advertise When I arrived to park for the concert, the police blocked the street to access the garage, the block was full of cars everywhere, I went to talk to the security guy and he told me, there’s no access, no one can get it, call for a refund I couldn’t believe this, The most ghetto experience ever, loom for garage away from Yankee stadium unless u want to end up getting scammed Absolutely horrible

Booked through ParkWhiz for June 23, 2022. Absolutely worse experience. When I got there the parking attendant refused to let me park saying the lot was full, how can that be when I had reserved in advance. Plus the attendant was extremely rude. It's a total sham.
