I use this garage whenever I visit this area in NYC. It's Valet parking garage in NYC for $22 for the day, not bad. Tell them what time you'll be back so they don't park it too far away. I left earlier than I thought I would, and it took them about 10 minutes to get my car. The staff is polite and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

At drop off employees accepted our reservation through a third party, yet refused to honor it at checkout. A higher fee was demanded. Employee was verbally abusive and we feared for our safety. Unpleasant end to an otherwise delightful visit to NYC.

Parking valet employees need more training on how to handle customers issues. I used to park here all the time because they have more people working which means quicker & faster service until today, I had to pick up my kids from school & it took more time then usual even I was the only one to pick up car that time. When I asked nicely to the bald guy who seems to be supervisor or whatever - can you please check on my car, it’s taking long and iam in rush. And his answer was - Do you think there is only one car downstairs? It takes time! That hit deep in my heart I didn’t say a word & left. This will be my last parking in this garage. Hope they will learn how to respect and answer customer questions in future.
