BEWARE sign says $15 for 2 hours but when you pull in and get a ticket it's actually $33

I used SpotHero to park in this lot in April 2024 over four days. I came from out of town and wanted to leave a new review because when I was searching for a reliable parking ramp it was hard to find anything recent or not made while angry. First of all, SpotHero worked great and I had zero issues with booking or it working for me. You do scan your QR code when leaving in a different place than regular tickets, FYI. My car was safe and sound the four days it sat there. I did go and check on it once to make sure and zero issues with the safety of my car. The reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was so hard to be sure I was driving in the right ramp. I drove up what I thought was the correct entrance and when got in there I was at 10E and not 9E. There are signs that say Hot

Major security issues! Do NOT park here, there are plenty of other options around. The cost is extremely high, the elevators almost never work, the garage is very dirty in general and the stairwells serve as public bathrooms. The main reason for this review is to warn from parking here as there are plenty of sketchy characters lingering in the parking garage or at the stairwells to try to sell something or ask for change. At times they get aggressive and try to follow. Just today a couple of ladies were attacked and had their bags stolen as they were getting into their car. The garage has camera signs at each floors, but really the only cameras there are at the entrance and in the elevators, not on the garage floors and especially not in the stairwells. Stay safe and park elsewhere.

The parking is awful my car was victim of a hit and run and they don't even have security to see when and who did it.
