900 13th Street - Parking Garage

My friend left his MacBook at the PlayStation and we were getting ready to drive hundreds of miles away. The staff grabbed it and chased us down to give it back. Integrity matters.

Valet service at the Sheraton Grand Hotel uses this company, they scratched my truck and I have called and sent emails and they have not responded. Plenty of other lots in the area do not park here unless you want your car scratched.

Worst experience ever. We stayed at the hotel and was instructed to use the Ace Parking lot across the street. We drove 17 hours to see family on thanksgiving. When we came out the next morning we found out that our back window was smashed in and they went through out stuff but didn’t take anything. I have been trying to get money for my window replacement but the awful woman Sandi Burns refuses to approve my claim. She jerks saying our ticket says park at your own risk. Well we never got a ticket and there was no attendant or security. Only homeless people who live in the garage and break into to cars. Do not park in this garage. It needs to be shut down for good. It’s unsafe and management does not care.

Poor security. Got my vehicle stolen from this lot at about 7 am. on a Friday. Another person had their vehicle broken into. I think the day or so after. He got his driver's window broken and lost a pair of prescription glasses and a jacket. May not be the lot. Maybe downtown Sacramento is just bad.

Good event parking at the convention center, less than a block away, plenty of parking available as well. Parking is expensive, but the security and service are worth it. Also, the service staff was polite and advised how to best use the parking lot and the elevator.
