Easy to get in and out from the place, you can park in any floor and pay before you leave. It's easy to remember where you park because of the description of every floor. It's indoors so there is no snow at all. Easy to go shopping from here or walk around downtown. The parking fee was 50 dollars for the day just so you know.

This is my favorite mall in my 30 years of living in Chicago! It's clean and tidy, and the shopping experience is great! All major brands are available, from homewares to clothing and gifts! The staff are friendly and very enthusiastic. The mall also has its own cafe and many small restaurants. I used to bring my children here for afternoon tea every afternoon after school. It's great!

Parking at 900 N Michigan Shops was super easy and convenient. The garage is clean, safe, and easy to access. The discounted rates with validation are a nice perk, and they even have EV charging stations. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

Careful with this one. $11 advertised, $38 actually. We chose this garage because it was $11 for 3 hrs or less if you spend at least $10 in the shops and get your receipt validated. We did all that and paid for the parking inside Bloomingdale’s, then went outside to our car. Because it took us 20 min to walk from the shops to the car, get the kids loaded up, and get down to the exit gate, they charged us an additional $27. They only allow you 10 min to get out of the 12 story garage once you’ve paid even if all told you’re still within that 3 hour window as we were. Bait and switch if I’ve ever seen it.

Parking attendant was extremely rude and ignorant. My car battery died so i had asked for for help in jumping my car. I was told that the porter isn’t working “ this was 5:30pm on a Tuesday “ my wife came to rescue me and after attempting to jump my car it was evident that the battery was bad. Her total time in the garage was under 15 minutes and upon leaving they wanted her to pay 26$ for parking. Otherwise they wanted money for a service they could not provide themselves. Me and my wife where simply shocked by the ruthlessness and heartless demeanor of the parking attendant. Be aware!!!!
