Extra steps with validating tickets to get the 12.00 rate with nobody to help. Essentially ransoming 33.00 to leave. Refuse to lower the parking rate post paying. Scammers in essence

Terrible experience. During holidays takes extra time to even find a place to park. Used up that time toward discounted parking w validation. Fine print says three hours only AFTER I returned. Discovered I had to pay $37! Had I known it was 3 instead of 4 I would have hurried. Very unreasonable to have only 3 hours for discount given the crowds and long distances between stores.

You have NO SIGNS POSTED ANYWHERE SAYING THAT PEOPLE NEED TO BE OUT OF THAT GARAGE IN 5 MINUTES. Then she gets personal with me. 😅 THESE ATTENDENTS ACT LIKE THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS MAKING REAL MONEY 🤣 GET A LIFE

Never parking here again, They don’t process refunds although their kiosk wrongly charged my credit card. I was going back and forth with manager, who had no sympathy. Ridiculous!
