I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND working with Chris Arthur at 904 WDO or at any other company around town for that matter. He started a project rebuilding my upstairs balcony / porch over a year ago, went several months without reaching out to me with updates, went several months without me seeing him whatsoever and still owes me an outstanding $2,000 for goods and services I have yet to receive. All the while he left my house with gaping holes on exterior walls and exposed wiring. I am convinced that he is a con artist and is not certified whatsoever. I tried to file a complaint against him with the better business bureau only to find out that he is not a registered with the state of Florida or the city of Jacksonville Beach. I'm currently seeking legal counsel, but I would advise AGAINST
