911 Restoration of Big Rapids/Fremont

Tara and the team are amazing!! Very fast responses and great communication with updates. Everyone I have encountered with 911 Restoration is wonderful to work with. I feel like I have a friend for life, Tara is so awesome! I have customers that have used their services as well and had great experiences! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I arrived at our cottage to find almost two inches of water on the floor (it's a slab). I was freaking out! I made several calls, and no one could get to Canadian Lakes immediately. Then I call 911 Restoration. It was almost 5pm on Friday, but Joe and his team arrived quickly and got to work on the mitigation. Thankfully, with their quick action, we kept the damage to a minimum. I decided to have them do the repair work as well, and I'm glad I did. You would never know we had a flood. Thanks, 911 Restoration.

I cannot thank 911 Restoration's enough. Chad and Joe were there and above any expectations. We had a dishwash leak that destroyed our parquet wood flooring and custom cabinets. They walked hand and hand with us working with the insurance company to get what we needed. Joe and Chad ALWAYS responded to any question we had, they actually picked up the phone. They operated with compassion, professionalism, and competency in difficult situation for our family. Thank you 911 Restoration!

HIGHLY recommend! Joe & Chad have both been great. We have quite a bit of water damage and they really helped guide us and calm our nerves. Very professional, great communication, fair price and so much helping with insurance and ‘behind the scenes.’ Still a work in progress but drying and tear out is done. THANKS so very much.
