Had an awesome experience with this company! I bought my own replacement key fobs but couldn't program them. They took care of it in less than 10 minutes and for a great price! 10/10 will use them for any lock needs in my future!

This Locksmith seriously saved our Valentine’s Day. We were at the gas station and the fuel lid wouldn’t open because the inside latch broke, so we were stuck. By total coincidence he was there, we asked if he could help, and he immediately said yes. He stayed patient and didn’t give up until he got it open. So grateful for his help — highly recommend!

Holy Smokes, What a Life-Saver! Auto Lock Doc (Jerry Zhu) is the best. Dec. 1st 2025, I had an emergency lock-out of my vehicle while visiting Big Rapids, one call and Mr. Zhu arrived in less than 5 minutes, 3 minutes later my truck is unlocked.
