911 Restoration of Central Mississippi

911 Restoration was there to rescue my husband and I after a pipe burst in our home. The water had been running out of the pipe for 6 days while we were out of state. 911 came to the rescue. It took them multiple days and multiple vehicles to get all of the water out of our home. They arrived each day on time and worked for countless hours. We are grateful for their timely response and professionalism. We will absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Amazing and fast service even after 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. Showed up and cleaned up close to 1200 gallons of water in my home. Continued to help with entire process of cleaning, drying, demo, and insurance claims!! I so appreciate Richard and his team for their support, help, compassion, communication, and commitment to getting my house back together! Highly recommend!!!

The best of the best!! Had an overflow in the laundry room sink. A lot of water. Instantly called Richard Lee Sims and he got his guys out here in 30 min (after hours) they set up all the dehumidifiers and blowers and fans and continuously called to check on us. Came back each morning for 3 days to check it out. Saved my closet and clothes from being damaged because they used their meters to test for the water. 1000% recommend them for anything . The best service, very personable and FANTASTIC customer service! You would be crazy to call someone else! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Richard and Kevin when disaster struck out or shop in Ridgeland. Our entire store flooded due to our sprinkler system malfunctioning at 3:30 on Friday afternoon. We called 911 Restoration and in less than 1 HOUR they had an entire crew here cleaning up the water and over 30 fans set up to dry it out. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’m impressed. You will be my first call if this ever happens again. Highly recommend!!

Our house flash flooded on a Sunday evening and I was on the phone before the water had receded. Their crew was there in less than 2 hours and removed all of the wet carpet and started fans and dehumidifiers. Very pleased with their response and especially Bryan who checked in daily to monitor moisture levels until we were in the clear. I highly recommend 911 Restoration and their responsive crew.
