Though I wasn’t able to be present Dave services and advice made me feel like I was. He informed me of repairs I completely missed out on and I was able to make a successful closing. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.David worked with an asbestos expert on the ventilation of a house we are buying. He made recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of the central heating and cooling system and what should be done. David made thr process as painless and easy as possible! I’d recommend him highly!

My review will be somewhat different in that I am the seller whose home was inspected. Dave could not have been more professional and courteous while going over every nook and cranny of our home. He asked pertinent questions and did not make me fell like he "was out to get me." I have not always had pleasant experiences with home inspectors in the past as a seller, but this was not the case with Dave. Hopefully the best I can say is I would hire Dave in a minute to inspect a home I was going to purchase.

Mr Dave was awesome. I needed it done immediately after calling around I was about to give up but He was able to do my inspection within 24 hrs of calling and he had the best price . I instantly said yes and he was there in the rain the next morning . He wasn’t able to get in crawl space due to the rain water standing in crawl space but he did come back 2 days later when water was gone to inspect crawl space that was awesome. He had a very detailed inspection report and he took very good photos and had it to me the same day. I highly recommend Mr Dave to anyone in need of an inspection he is definitely the guy to call .
