I never dreamed that I could have an entire roof removed & replaced within 4 1/2 hours! River Oaks has an outstanding reputation & I’m glad I hired them for this job. This is a professional group of men who take pride in their work. I watched the entire process and followed every step they completed. Around 20-25 men went to work at 7:30 a.m. As they were removing old shingles, they discovered two additional areas that needed repair due to water damaged & deterioration. It was fixed immediately. The roofing crew applied the FeltBuster, ice & water protectors in the valleys, and installed the beautiful architectural shingles. They left my property in perfect condition. River Oaks gets my 5-star rating & my highest recommendation for workmanship.

1st class operation. They did everything they promised in a very professional and timely manner. I will definitely use them again for any future needs. ** Update: I had my roof replaced by River Oaks a little over a year ago. They did an exceptional job on that. Recently, I noticed a leak and contacted them to come take a look. Through no fault of theirs, a pipe from a new water heater was not correctly installed by the plumber. From the time I contacted them until they had it fixed was less than two days. I was extremely satisfy and would highly recommend River Oaks Roofing for any of your future needs!

River Oaks turned a stressful situation into a seamless process. Their staff took the time to explain the process and communicated with me regularly. Everyone from the owner, admin staff, & the workers who replaced my roof provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The team at Rivers Oak Roofing is the absolute best! After our home was struck by lightening, most of the roof needed to be replaced. Patrick and April, owners of Rivers Oak, were incredibly professional, easy to work with, and quick to get us an estimate. The team they deployed to actually replace our roof was courteous, kept the yard clean as they went, worked quickly, and did an incredible job. 10/10 would recommend using them next time you have roofing needs!
