Five stars isn't enough for the service we received from Zach B. at 911 Restoration. After being stood up twice by another company, Zach truly came to the rescue and exceeded our (very high) expectations. I called this morning regarding water damage and potential mold concerns in our basement. Not only was Zach ready to come out immediately, but he graciously adjusted his schedule to meet us later in the day once we were off work. His professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and "customer-first" attitude were evident from the moment he arrived.
