911 Restoration of Oshkosh

911 restoration was great. We were able to keep our doors open and have them rebuild our bathroom after a pipe burst during the coldest days this year. Jeremy and team were kind and efficient. Whatever we needed to shift around to keep us both in business we were able to compromise and work together. I had noticed some items to be cleaned up and within minutes of leaving Jeremy was back to make it spotless. Things took a little longer than we had anticipated but in the end, they got the job done.

Good people. Super equipment. Ready and able to fix your concern. They can diagnose, set up, complete the project and delivery excellent results. I should know...I am one of them. A fan and a dehumidifier are needed tools, though they mean little if not done in order of the proper remediation protocol... those steps garner the best results.

We were lucky to find 911 Restoration to take care of a major basement clean-out following flooding and sewage back-up. We called the company on a Saturday morning and, within a couple of hours, they came out to check out the damage and provide an estimate. All throughout the clean-up process, Jeremy patiently and professionally handled interactions with the homeowner and even took the time to find a few specific sentimental items within the thousands of things he carried up. He also answered any and all questions she had along the way. I typically do not like writing bad reviews, but this one is needed... I had an extremely disappointing experience with 911 Restoration of Appleton - Oshkosh. First, they delayed the process on their end, which slowed everything. I asked for a quote to provide to insurance and they took about a month to get that to me. Once the quote was provided, their entire atttiude changed towards me. After insurance finally issued the funds, they immediately started pressuring me for payment before I even had the check in hand. I explained multiple times that the funds were “released,” but that didn’t mean I had received them yet. The check was mailed, not wired.
