Ophir quickly assessed the damage, consulted with us & explained every detail about what was needed and what had to be done to get the situation in hand. When the problem was found to be from a totally different source than originally prescribed the next morning, he quickly went with the game plan and had his crew in place. He is knowledgeable, a team player, a gentleman, and assisted all involved far and above his job description plus his equipment is top notch. I contacted 911 restoration on 2/18 for a emergency Covid-19 sanitation for my grandmas home. Not only were they very responsive, respectful and understanding but they were able to be on site within 1-hour. The individual who came out to sanitize and clean was very punctual, respectful and polite. My grandmas house was fog, sanitize and wiped. I was very satisfied with the service and experience. My business, Hostel Obispo, had a water leak in the wall behind the shower. 911 Restoration came out in a timely fashion and the employees were very nice. They set up two dehumidifiers and two fans and said that they would run them for 3 days. Later that day I noticed that one of the dehumidifiers didn't seem to be on. I called and they assured me that it was on. When they returned 3 days later they acknowledged that one of the dehumidifiers had not been running for the 3 days. So they had to set it up and then run that humidifier for another 3 days; so the 3 day job took 6 days which is a big deal when I have guests staying at the hostel and these machines are not quiet - especially while trying to sleep. When I got the bill it was almost $5000! Maybe that is the going rate but wow

We had to use 911 Restoration for a roof leak. They were extremely responsive from the beginning. When I called them, they had someone here in just a few hours and they began work immediately. There were 4 different employees who came out to check on the status regularly. All very nice and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!!

Last year, we had heavy rains at which time we discovered a leak in the roof in the bathroom. We had to get a new roof and we later had the window replaced. But we hadn't checked for mold. Although my husband had assured me that there wasn’t any, I was skeptical. So at my urging, he finally called 911 Restoration and made an appointment to have the areas inspected. The inspector arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable in explaining to us how he checks for moisture and mold.
