919 Third Parking

If I could put no stars I would! Just a rip off! Those people are running a scam! I booked through park mobile app. The charge was $32 for 12 hours parking. When I dropped off the car. They told me all is good and nothing is need ...they received the payment through the app. There is no info on the app for extra charges or anything. When I came to pickup the car later in the day (within my 12 hour period) they said I need to pay extra $15. I tried to figure out why but the employee excuses were " maybe you are late , maybe because its through the app. Maybe because its an SUV..) guess what, I was not late, there is no such thing as because booked through an app. And they have no info on the app saying there is an extra charge for an SUV! Rude rude rude people run this garage. I went to go park not knowing where to go (not one employee was around) and one of the rudest humans came out of nowhere YELLING at me, saying HEY YOU CANT PARK THERE!! I calmly asked him why he was yelling and being rude, he proceeds to tell me to just leave he doesn't need my business or money. In 47 years I've never had a business do this. DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pepole who are working at front desk have the worst attitude, they need to learn what customer servoce is. They will not allow me to sit in my car for 5 min to feed my son. Pathetic place and pepole.

On May 23, 2017 I have parked my Tesla at this garage so I could also charged it. They damaged my rear bumper for US$ 826.90, after filing a claim according to their procedures they refused to pay and they told me I was no longer welcome at this location?! I find this behavior unprofessional and worrisome.

Every body was nice, good parking with a good location.
