Hello I tried contacting iParkit but the support website does not exist. When exiting one of the machines was down with NO employees around and when I tried the 2nd one the was a metal sticking out scrapping my car. The parking is close to Jefferson but I would not recommend.
We prepaid parking for 925 Walnut street garage. When we arrived at 12:30pm the first floor was totally full and the upper floors ramp was blocked by a tall wire gate. There was no live attendant on site. We had to leave and pay to park elsewhere
Convenient location to the hospitals down that way, some good restaurants (Moriarity's & Barra Rossa) as well as some of the local theaters (Walnut Street & Forrest)... Reasonable prices & easy to access/exit... Overall worthwhile & hassle free...
You’re better off walking from home than parking here. None of the machines work when it’s time to pay, and the one employee I saw seemed completely delayed in the brain. I was stuck at the gate, yelled for help, he looked right at me and then ran off.
