Highly recommend 9Hammers! They have been great from the start. Only company I know of who has great customer service. It’s very easy to get a hold of them. Everyone is very friendly. They got the job done within a week of demoing and rebuilding. Everyone has been great. Sales rep was very friendly, gave us many options on the different products. We ran into an issue before the start, but the sales rep and company worked with us to make sure we could get what we wanted. Adam was great as well. Constantly communicated what was going on. Hard to come by that with companies anymore. They were also fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. Love the workmanship warranty as well! We had an outstanding experience with Ray and his team at 9Hammers for a roof replacement they recently completed on our home. The whole process was straightforward and stress free—communication was clear, scheduling was easy, and the crew worked incredibly fast without sacrificing precision or attention to detail. Ray and his team went above and beyond to deliver for us. The crew added extra plywood where our aging roof needed it, cleaned our gutters, fixed downspouts, and even neatly removed an old satellite dish and knotted wiring. I had the great pleasure of dealing with the owner, Ray Milano, who takes great pride in his product, and treated me like a dear friend. At the final inspection I overheard the inspector talking to Ray on his phone, “You did a fantastic job! I wish we could have more of this out there …”

I couldn't have chosen a Better company 9Hammers was everything I hoped for, Very Professional , delivery was on time, everything was on schedule. Jobsite was clean after work was done the Roof looks Amazing . Chuck Sharp is an incredible individual through this whole process on how he guided me dealing with the insurance to the damage warranty timeline of job being completed.. Ryan as well with the scheduling of the work just an all around Great Team . Jacky also very helpful and professional I would use 9Hammers on any Task needed around my house.
