I needed emergency repairs after two frozen pipes burst, and A1 American Plumbing came through when it mattered most. Nick did an excellent job—he showed up at night, quickly found the source of the problem, and fixed it efficiently. His professionalism, knowledge, and calm approach were incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. Thanks to his fast work, I was able to relax and actually get some sleep that night knowing the issue was resolved. I’m very grateful for the service and would highly recommend A1 American, especially Nick, for any emergency plumbing repairs.

Horrible experience, do not recommend. Technician spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem, charged me over $400 because he looked at 2 units. which was much more than quoted to me over the phone when I made the appointment. Technician should have been transparent when is signed the work order about waiving the 3 day cancelation. Like a dummy i signed because I misread and thought i had 3 days to cancel. He just said sign here, here, and here. He told me the replacement parts and work would cost 18k to have my gas-pack replaced. My realtor told me to get another quote from another company because it sounded high. I did ask the tech about the price of the parts and he to told me he was not privy to that information. Ray was personal and on time and explained everything he worked on, and offered insight into recommended future maintenance. His communication of arrival time was helpful, and over all made our experience with A-1 exceed expectations. We will absolutely use them again for maintenance in the spring, and hope to get Ray again.

Nick was very professional and courteous. He explained the entire process from diagnosis and leak detection to cost expectations. I was very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend A1 American and will use them again.

Mike was great! He did a thorough check of my water heater and made recommendations for repair. He also fixed my faucet which saved me some money as well. He was very friendly and respected my home enough to put on the shoe covers. I appreciate the service. Thanks Mike!
