I’ve been using A-1 Bonded Termite for our annual termite inspections for many years now, and I continue to be impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. The technician arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for. He checked every area of the home carefully, including places I wouldn’t have thought of myself. They’re knowledgeable and experienced, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that our home is being monitored regularly for any signs of termite activity. Fortunately, we’ve only had a couple issues, and I credit that in large part to the consistency and quality of these inspections. I am usually very happy with my service but this time I was not informed ahead of time that you were coming. We wanted to see if you thought we needed to spray the minimal termite sections. So if Frank can call me so we can further discuss this that would be great.
