These guys did most of the floors in my house due to a flood. They were a subcontractor through Greater Dayton Construction Group. Anyway I had them come out because we had some planks shifting a few other issues that I thought was a manufacturer issue. Turns out I was wrong but these guys fixed the issues free of charge well outside the warranty from the original floor replacement. Do business with these guys; they will show up, they will make things right and are honorable people.

Impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the A-1 team. They answered all of my questions and were prompt with their service. The entire job was completed in less time than expected and the result was GREAT!

This is a great company with first class products and customer service. We worked with Jeff and Tori to purchase carpet for our flood damaged basement. They were very helpful in matching our original carpet and providing a cost-effective solution. The guys finished the job in a day and returned a great deal of furniture to its original position. We liked them so much we are moving forward with several other projects, including wood flooring.

We've had another 5 star experience with A-1 carpet. We used them a few years ago for a tile floor in our laundry room and they did a FANTASTIC job. This time, we needed new carpet in our basement. They are easy to work with. They brought samples to my home so I could pick out what I wanted. They made the install and payment process seamless and uncomplicated. They installers were also delightful as well....they did a professional job, even correcting mistakes that our previous carpet layers made. They were punctual and friendly. I can recommend A-1 without reservation! We will 100% use them again next time we need flooring!
