A-1 Complete Septic Tank Services

Great experience! We needed a time of transfer inspection and I called multiple places for quotes. A1 was the most reasonably priced. Andy was great on the job site! When I had described over the phone what the house inspector had found, we thought we were potentially looking at an expensive repair. When Andy came out, he discovered it was actually just a bit of routine maintenance that needed to be done and did not cost anything to fix. It was something that previous companies had missed when they came out to clean the tank. He had us up and running in no time! I was not on site but he explained everything to my daughter and was great at communicating with me via text and phone calls. I would highly recommend using this company!

Use these guys! Both on the phone and in person - great experience! I can't say enough. Professional but when it comes to a septic tank - I knew nothing. He explained everything that he was doing - super easy to talk to. Fixed our problem but had to put in a lot of extra effort and time. Extremely reasonable too! Even with all the extra work he had to do. The best around!! Believe me - I called everyone !. Service with a smile! Made completely sure everything was working good too! Just can't say enough!!

Andy was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what my problem might be prior to starting. He was able to pump my tank which fixed my problem. He explained what my plan should be for taking care of my septic system in the coming years. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again. 5 stars

They were very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. We thought we had a larger problem but because of their detailed investigation, the problem was fixed right. Andy was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who wants their job done right the first time.

I had another company tell me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix a few different things with my septic system. Justin came out promptly to offer a second opinion, and actually took time to inspect the system a little more. He found out the real cause and saved me a ton of money, and then even told me how to do some of it on my own to save even more money. By far the best service I've received, he spent time catering to my situation, and his expertise saved me a lot of money and time. They will for sure be the company I call for any other work in the future. UPDATE: A year later I had another problem arise. I texted pictures to Justin and he advised me what to do with no intent of getting compensated since I was able to do it myself. Thanks again to A1 and Justin for just being
