In the past two years, my toilet has had a wobble. I’ve had many plumbers come and try to address it, and the various problems it has caused. For the second time, it was leaking into my kitchen (what a disaster). Ben is the first plumber to identify why we have reoccurring issues, remedy them, and offer ideas and solutions to prevent repeated issues. He was incredibly thorough, and thoughtful.
