A-1 Dependable Electric

Had a breaker arcing. Called him on New Year's Eve and he came, replaced that breaker and rewired the (30+ yr old) panel. Quick, efficient and very reasonable. Plus he has great riddles! Highly recommend him!

Do not listen to these reviews. Richie is amazing! We called him for an emergency repair on a Sunday afternoon and not only did he fit us in, but he went above and beyond to fix the issue. He educated us on the problem and let us know what he would be doing step by step. He is such a friendly and upbeat person. We enjoyed chatting with him even though we were only able to solve one of his two riddles. He will be our go to electrician from now on! We are always happy to support small businesses!

I had the worst experience with Electrician for emergency work- to change plug that was out of order. He was inquisitive and curious to find information of various members of the family. He made unnecessary repairs to justify the higher fee. He charged $585 and mentioned that it is a regular working day, with no emergency premium. When asked he did not provide the break down price of the work done.

Just had a great experience with A1 Electric. We accidentally stuck a nail through a wire and panicked, not knowing what to do. We called a few places and most said they’d have to charge us just to come out and assess the situation. Richie on the other hand said he’d be here within 30 min and would give us a free quote. He was prompt, told us the total cost right away, and fixed the whole issue which involved cutting into our wall and replacing a damaged wire, plus replacing the breaker, all within 2 hours. We will definitely call A-1 again!

Neede a small repair . They said I was next on the list and it would be 2 hours. No one showed up, calked to cancel or rescheduled. They aren’t A+1Dependable as they say they are , don’t waste your time. They don’t waste theirs.
